how many elite missions are there? is there one for every town? if not what ones have elite ones?

I believe there are 2, The deep which you can get to from Cavalon, and Urgoz'z Warren from House zu Heltzer.

If there are only 2 elite missions then whats the point in owning anyother town? do you get anything for owning a town? so what happens if you own a town?

Only thing you get for owning a otwn other than Cavalon or House is a merchant that gives you a 20% discount on things like Salvage Kits and Keys (normal stuff they sell - they have nothing special), and that Fireworks guy.
